How do you recommend kids taking Ormus? Is this totally ok? I have a 2 year old.
How much Ormus should my 11 year old son take.
I am wondering the risks/benefits of pursuing Ormus in pregnancy.
Chris’s reply: Hi. Thank you for reaching out and writing. These are certainly key questions for each of us. As you may surmise, no person can advise, legally or with good conscious, how much Ormus to take or who may or may not take Ormus. We may share what we take, maybe what we have heard that others have taken -if we feel their share has been an honest one. I, an adult, take ½ teaspoon a day---and some days I don’t take Ormus.
There is much food for thought on supplementing with Ormus. Supplementation is a choice that is made. The topic of Ormus in Human is detailed, long and winding. But the subject is indeed one that needs to be well understood and the individual/parent/parents who read this will hopefully think seriously about all the benefits of good nutrition and any needed supplements.
A summary of amounts of Ormus taken in infant, young children and pre-puberty children, during puberty and adult is detailed further down near the bottom.
Now we begin with an eye-opening account of the history behind the RDA: The government’s Recommended Daily Allowance for minerals.
THE GOVERNMENT’S RDA VALUE
The National Research Council (US) Subcommittee is tasked with calculating mineral RDA. During calculations the subcommittee regularly assumes that in healthy people there are some mineral stores in the body and it assumes what may be the size of these stores needed and used as a reserve against periods of negative mineral balance. The subcommittee has recorded that RDA amounts are a value judgment based on reasonable assumptions (sic: rather than a scientific determination). That position is understandable since there are definite variables in mineral absorption, its storage and its excretion such as: Variance with age, sex, health, physiological activity, dietary components, pregnancy, lactation, individual genetics, processing or lack of processing of food and bioavailability of the mineral from the diet. Also availability of minerals in the soil, hence the food itself is not reviewed. These variances cause difficulty in estimating their RDA requirement.
Also noted is that a number of minerals lack analysis methods to diagnose their status in the body.
Understanding the difficulties behind the Subcommittees assignment of RDA values of minerals, we must recognize that choosing whether to supplement with minerals, macro and trace, (even colloidal) is a personal decision where we individually take full responsibility.
ROUTES OF MINERAL EXCRETION FROM THE BODY
There is a growing need for discovery, development and implementation of reliable and valid biomarkers (specific tests) to assess the status of minerals and vitamins in the body. Debates ensue about appropriate cut-off values and the difficulty in establishing standardized methods of lab tests on minerals and vitamins. Multiple options of testing, based on research, to understand the biological mechanism of each mineral and vitamin must be developed.
Clearly there is a way to go before valid long term bio markers (lab tests) are developed which show levels of mineral and vitamin in the body.
A list of some normal routes of trace elements (minerals) excretion from the body include:
Bile (liver): Sodium, Chloride, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, Zinc
Urine : Sodium, Chloride, Cobalt, Chromium, Molybdenum, Zinc
Pancreatic juice: Zinc
Sweat: Sodium, Chloride, Zinc
Mucosal cell sloughing: For example, menstruation: Iron, Zinc
MINERALS IN THE SOIL; SENATE DOCUMENT #264
Our foods are bereft of minerals. This is hidden knowledge not secret. Mr. Duncan Fletcher did the best he could to alert to public:
Senate document #264 addresses depletion of minerals from our agricultural soil and was presented to Congress by U. S. Senator, Mr. Duncan Fletcher on June 1st, 1936. He asked that it be placed into the permanent Congressional Record. While the senate did not move forward on action, this document provides some of the most convincing arguments for nutrition and organic based growing methods ever made:
"Do you know that most of us today are suffering from certain dangerous diet deficiencies which cannot be remedied until the depleted soils from which our foods come are brought into proper mineral balance?
The alarming fact is that foods -- fruits and vegetables and grains -- now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contains enough of certain needed minerals, are starving us -- no matter how much of them we eat!
This talk about minerals is novel and quite startling. In fact, a realization of the importance of minerals in food is so new that the textbooks on nutritional dietetics contain very little about it. Nevertheless, it is something that concerns all of us, and the further we delve into it the more startling it becomes..."
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: MINERAL AND OTHER SUPPLEMENTS
There are those who use Ormus in plants, animals and themselves. This is done 100% at their own risk. The individual chooses how much they use and there is nothing implied or guaranteed regarding Ormus. It is up to you alone, an individual, to think seriously about all the benefits of good nutrition and any needed supplements. The people who use Ormus are part of their own ongoing personal research.
Personal research observation over time is scientific research. We have 25 years of observation from 1,000’s who globally used Ormus versus no one I know of filing a complaint that Ormus “hurt me”. Comments include feeling better; so much that Ormus is forgotten to be taken. Another comment is that he had stints put in 25 year ago that are still just fine while four others who had stints then needed to be replaced after 5-6 years.
Folks who have taken Ormus have also had colds, flu, aches, pains. An added comment was that a lady had an anaerobic bug and Ormus didn’t touch it. Ormus didn’t cure any disease, if a disease cured without medical treatment, the body won over the disease. Cancer is physical malfunction. Fibromyalgia is a physical malfunction.
The most direct explanation regarding Ormus effect in our physical body and disease comes from Don Nance. At timestamp 12:49 in youtube titled "Chris Emmons welcomes Don Nance to chat about Ormus collection Fires, Ormus Effects and a time called Equinox" Don explains:
“…These energies are real it’s not anything that you know I’m making up, these things feed our life force, they feed that spark of life, the thing that keeps us alive, these elements, the manna, the Ormes they feed our life force and it’s not like a drug, not anything that is suppose to make you high, what it does is over time it feeds your life force raises your life force and in turn since your life force is raised your immune system improves, it increases and you get to a point where you’ve ingested these element, raised your life force, its high, your body then naturally your life force (sic added by C. Emmons: has a better chance of) overcoming any disease force. That is how these things heal. It is not the elements themselves actually doing the healing, it is your life force that is actually overcoming the disease energy and you are (sic added by C. Emmons; better) able to heal…."
I add what everyone probably already knows: Healing is not an absolute...the life force in the body may just not be strong enough to overcome the disease force... and sometimes, hard to verbalize, it’s just our time to go.
An Ormus investigator, doing his own personal ongoing research, explained that Ormus fuels the light body; the light body housed in us drives the physical body. He understands it to be that if the light body is too powerful, the physical body can be overpowered (burn out the physical) and that is why he doesn’t want to ingest large amounts or excessive amounts over a long period. He added: Easy does it and pay attention to what your body says to you. Pay attention to how you feel and keep a note book if you cannot remember. Simple notes can help you more fully understand if the supplement is helping or hindering. As we get a bit older this is even more important because we often have much more on our minds and may not recall just how one felt two days ago in the early am.

In infant, young children and pre-puberty children
It may be a benefit to apply the topical, milder form of Ormus called Live Oil. In infants and very young children a suggestion is to apply to the soles of the feet since here the pores in the body are larger. As the child grows older, you may consider incrementally placing live oil on additional areas of the body such as: The base of the spine, up the vertebrae of the spine, the area where the spine meets the head, the forehead area between the eyes and hands and wrists.
Once clear signs of puberty occur it may be a benefit to supplement at ½ the calculated minimum amount for an adult (as detailed in the Ormus Modern Day Alchemy book and referred to in the adult section that is next). Puberty occurs sometime between age 9 and 14.
Ormus Modern Day Alchemy offers a suggestion for the amount of Ormus that may be useful. The Ormus is either diluted with water or some water is taken after. The age at which a person is physiologically an adult is age 17 for females and age 18 for males.

“The very low daily dosage rate is 0.02 to 0.05 milliliters per kilogram of body weight. This is approximately 1/5 to1/2 teaspoon per 100lbs may be a suggested range (www.sea-crop.com) ....and since we are animals….Adults take anywhere from ¼ teaspoon to 3 teaspoon a day. Some take less—even just drops. They take Ormus at one time a day or split it in two times a day.
Hold the Ormus under the tongue for 15 seconds. Follow will a short glass of water.
Some place the Ormus in their water bottle and drink throughout the day.
Some take Ormus daily and others skip days.
Using Seacrop’s suggestion, let's determine such a rate for a 180 lb man. Since there are 2.2 pounds in kilogram this man weighs 82 kilograms (180 divided by 2.2). The range for Ormus in a person may begin at 0.04 ml per kilogram. Therefore this man receives 3.3 ml of Ormus (82 kg x 0.04 ml). The 3.3 ml is taken once a day, upon arising followed by breakfast 20-30 minutes later. (This may be divided in two and taken twice a day.) “
